You can cancel your Protect Plus subscription in different ways depending on how you initially subscribed. Here's how to do it:
1. If you've subscribed through Google Play or Apple (iOS):
Go to the respective app store and manage your subscriptions there.
2. If you've subscribed through our website (Stripe):
Log into your ClearScore account, go to the Protect tab, select "My Account," and click on "Cancel my subscription."
After cancelling, you'll still have access to Protect Plus benefits until the end of your billing period. Afterwards, you'll be moved to the free version of ClearScore Protect (Protect Free) and won't be charged further.
