How can I change my billing email address?
You can do this in two ways:
Option 1:
- Log in and go to the Protect section
- Select my account from more on Protect Plus
- Click payment details
- Select update information under your email
- Enter your new email.
Option 2:
- Go to the my account section of your report
- Select ClearScore Protect and you’ll be taken to section 3 to update your email.
I want to switch from monthly to annual payments. How do I do this?

- Select payment details
- Select update plan
- Select annual under plans available
- Click continue and you’ll start paying annual from the following month.
Option 2:
- Go to the my account section of your report
- Select ClearScore Protect and you’ll be taken to section 3 to update this information.
