If you've subscribed through Google Play
You can follow Google’s instructions for cancelling Protect Plus subscriptions. We can’t cancel any subscription purchased through the Google store and you can’t manage it in your ClearScore ‘My Account’. You’ll be able to continue using the benefits of Protect Plus until the end of your billing period, after which you’ll be moved to the free version of ClearScore Protect and won't be charged anymore.
If you've subscribed with Apple
Check out Apple’s instructions for cancelling Protect Plus subscriptions. We can’t cancel any subscription purchased through the App Store and you can’t manage it in your ClearScore ‘My Account’. You’ll be able to continue using the benefits of Protect Plus until the end of your billing period, after which you’ll be moved to the free version of ClearScore Protect and won't be charged anymore.
If you've subscribed through Stripe
You’d have manually entered your card details when subscribing, so you can cancel your subscription by:
- Going to 'My Account' in your ClearScore account
- Selecting the ‘ClearScore Protect’ tab
- Selecting ‘Cancel’, followed by ‘Cancel subscription’.
You’ll be able to continue using the benefits of Protect Plus until the end of your billing period, after which you’ll be moved to the free version of ClearScore Protect and won't be charged anymore.
Refunds
In the Consumer Contract Regulations, you're entitled to a 14-day cooling period. If you're still within this timeframe and you've not paid through the Apple or Google Play Store (as they'll refund you directly), please contact us at billing@clearscore.com and we'll arrange this for you.
